What is an anti-inflammatory "diet" and why should you be following one.
Chronic inflammation has been linked to health conditions ranging from heart disease, autoimmune diseases, and even cancers. Eating a diet rich in anti inflammatory foods can help alleviate symptoms associated with inflammation and even has the ability to reverse signs of certain diseases. I am a HUGE believer in the power of foods and truly believe that what we put in our bodies will effect us physically, mentally, and emotionally. .
Here is a list of foods that are generally said to reduce inflammation and to reduce bloating.
